Nasal Congestion or Allergy
Nasal allergy and irritation is one of the biggest diving problems. This is due to us working in an polluted environment and due to smoking. Nasal allergy can prevent you from equalizing due to swollen membranes. Nasal congestion may be relieved by antihistamines but may be dangerous while diving. Inquire with your diving physician about which method of treatment you should follow.
